How long will my order take to arrive?

A turnover of around 10-14 working days applies on all orders. Once you receive a dispatched email your order should be with you within the next 2 working days as all orders are posted First Class Royal Mail (who aim to deliver within the next working day).

If an item is needed sooner please contact me via Instagram DM at @creationstation.n or email info@creationstationn.co.uk before ordering where we can discuss if this can be achieved.

Can I customise my order?

You can customise your order via Instagram. Send me a DM and we can get started!

Where is my order?

If you require an update on your order, please email sales@creationstationn.co.uk or instagram DM me directly at @creationstation.n. 

You are given a tracking number which is sent to you via email when your order has been posted. Please check tracking info before contacting me. 

If an order has took longer than expected to arrive and tracking is not helpful, please contact me and we can work to find a resolution. 

I don't like it, can I have a refund?

If an order arrives too big/small, you may request a refund or an exchange, please note that this process has additional waiting times.

Do not wear your items and then try to send them back for a refund.
